......in YOUR opinion, when's the slowest month to visit Wait Disney World??? ........and why??

September is my answer. Hurricane season.....school is back in session.....it's still really hot and humid.....and there is usually nothing special planned during that month to draw in huge numbers of people. Maggie

Went with Sept but it was a toss-up between Sept and Jan.

Jan. is looking like the slowest time.....hhhmmmmm :scratchin

I've been 3 times in early December and have always found it to be very quiet but with all the Christmas decorations up. :earsboy:

I would say January because everyone is just post holiday spending spree season and their wallets are all suffering. September is really slow right after Labor Day because it isn't a great idea to pull kids out of school as soon as it starts. We've done it though. I am trying the end of September this year though. Hopefully it won't be as bad.

September IMO b/c we haven't been in Jan.
Sept is still hot but yes school is back in so it was perfect timing when we went in 2003. Our girls are still young enough (at the time only 1 in school) that we can pull them out. What are they missing in Kindergarten? :flower:
we found it was a transition time for staff too as it seemed there were lots of training sessions going on around rides and in food carts.

We walked on nearly all rides or with minimal waits. PSs were done day of for any restaurant we wanted. It was then that we discovered "waking up Tinker Bell" b/c we were the first in the store waiting a few minute before our 9:30 or 10:00am seating at the castle.

You get to see more "street action", like the "garbage men" who play their garbage cans, sing and tell jokes rather than fightinng crowds (Epcot).
For me though stinkin' hot and humid still so lots of water/breaks needed. Still managed to do most parks every day morning till night, with a 5yr old and a 2 yr old.
