our guide hasn't called us back today and she is out of the office Tues and Wed!!! We are able to buy in during the founding members time period and that is ending on the 25th, when she will be out!!! We are on the west coast and time is running out today, what are our options?

I'd call the DL DVC line and see if another guide will take your info and deposit, but process in a way that your guide will get credit for the sale. I'm sure there must be ways they can cover for each other when out of the office... Is your guide back in on the 26th?

Yes, she is supposed to be....just frustrating that we finally came to the decision and have been waiting on her to return our calls since 10 this morning!

I would do as kerickson suggested. If you run into a problem doing that, then I would call your guide back and leave a message stating that " I want to purchase x GCV points........"

Our guide (at the BOB at DLR) told us that as long as we left a "buy" order on her voice mail with a time stamp before 11:59pm on the day our incentive offer expired, we would be good to go.

Are you worried about incentives expiring, or running out of points for the GCVs?
