My dad[39] tries to blast rap music from his car, windows downs. I sink low in my seat when he does. He also tries to sing to it! And he wears my sport sunglasses[blue neon lens'] while singing!

My mom isn't too embarrasing. Alls she really does is sing but thats in the car, windows up. And half the time she doesn't know the words so she mumbles.

Same with mine. My mom and I are joined at the hip, I am not sure what I would do without her. Sure she has some weird phrases Ex: Insted of call me later..... its give me a dingle when your free. Then I call her a dingle, LOL! But other then that she dresses in younger fashions and no so old lady, and she loves to be a kid, shes the biggest goofball that she makes things really fun.

My mom is the "cooler" one out of my two parents. Whenever rap music or something comes on the radio, my dad pretends to act all gangster. Then, later on, he goes blowing his head off about what "ghetto" means and why I listen to some of the things I do. Sure, I don't exactly "adore" rap, but it's not horrible . I'm more of a country girl, sure, but rap can be OK. Anyways, my mom knows the "trends", while my dad... I won't even go there. But they are my parents, and I LOVE 'EM ANYWAYS.

But me and my dad, we're very out of touch. He doesn't really "Get" me like my mom does.
