So many things to manage!

This will be our first time going home with the new MB's. All of my items, Resort Reservation, AP's, Restaurant reservations, and Memory maker, all show up on my MDE account. Because I am in Canada, we will not get our MB's until we arrive.

Question is, are all my items included above going to be on my MB's? Do I have to do anything once I am there to make sure all the items are active?

Nothing is loaded on the MB's, everything in in your MDE account. The MB just allows you access to the MDE account.

Think of it like an ATM card-atm card allows you to access whatever is currently in your bank account but there is no money physically on the card itself-MB does the same thing-nothing is physically stored on MB except your account info and when you use it at a reader it links to your account just like an atm card would at a bank/store allowing you to use any entitlements currently in your Disney account.
 
I will say though that I would try ALL MB on hotel door to ensure all properly work and make sure to carry at least a small amount of money or credit card at all times even if you set up charging privileges. On our last trip both my husband and I had an issue with our MB not working when we tried to pay for something with it (on separate days) and had to deal with it at the front desk of our hotel when we returned from the park.
 

If you linked all of your reservations, memory maker, & tickets to your My Disney Experience account, everything should be there. It's pretty easy to check...Just log in to MDE and check your itinerary. Everything should be listed and whatever isn't you can add or link there.

Atleast one adult in our party has had problems charging on the MB on EVERY trip since MB started. Sometimes they can fix it at the front desk, sometimes they just think they fixed it. :goodvibes Except when we go to the resort pool, I always carry a wallet with me.

And ADRs aren't on the MB, it's tied to your email/name on the MDE account.
 
A quick point I will make about Canadians charging to the room. Pay your bill the night before and tell them your paying with cash, or they will charge your CC. If its a Can CC then you will have additional fees on top of that. Just something to remember. I go to front desk every 3-4 days just to pay it down.
 
Also, if you want to use your AP discounts anywhere, you still need your AP card and id.
