Okay so I've tried my very best to look through all of these threads discussing the construction, possibilities of rides, getting rid of rides, and pretty much everything in-between. But the confusion is that EVERYONE it seems is using speculation and personal opinions. Is there anything actually known to be certain about the constructions and cranes and such? With SS44 or Amity or by Lost Continent? Not theories...confirmations!

or when one of the other sites leaks it.........

whenever a new construction begins, i read all the websites opinions.

then i just wait for the ride to be built and opened.



construction of a new ride or show doesn't really interest me.
it's the final product that i get wowed about.

There's been nothing confirmed about future rides/areas. The only thing that was announced recently by Universal was that a Silent Hill themed house will be at HHN this year

And they also announced that WWoHP is coming to the California park.

There is nothing confirmed going on in Orlando at this moment other than Halloween Horror Night construction and the Silent Hill theme...of something... during this year's event.

Beyond that.... all speculation, from WWoHP Phase 2, to the whole transformers or whatever is happening at Building 44.

Right. They also announced during that same press release that Orlando's Wizarding World would also be expanded, but not when or where or with what.

I write a rumors column, focusing on Universal, and there's definitely a lot going on right now to talk about. One of the things a lot of park rumor are based on (both Disney and Universal) is people tracking down and going over all the permits that the theme parks have to file before they can build anything, or even make minor changes.

I understand there is a need for this I guess, but in a way I think all this permit stuff ruins the experience of finding out things in a more organic, and fun, way.

I agree...I kind of relate the experience to when I was a kid and car dealers would paint the windows so you couldn't see what the new models looked like until a certain day. It's more fun to wait and find out at the same time...you know?

I love surprises, but I love to plan too, so I'm kind of in a catch 22 situation here. If a new WWoHP section is opening up in 2014, then that affects my planned trip to take my DD there for her 18th birthday trip. It could be packed wall to wall. I'm hoping if it is happening that it will open late in 2014 versus early. However, it is all smoke, mirrors and pure speculation at this point.
