So many question about MNSSHP

Where is the best place for me to get questions answered about MNSSHP? For example, I plan to use Disney Visa Reward Dollars to purchase. I am not sure if they will be included in my MYW package or not? Also, since they are hard tickets after I purchase them will they be mailed to me or will I need to pick them up at my resort? I posted on DisBoards Budget forum and was told by a member that she had used the reward dollars to purchase the tickets before and so they weren't linked with her reservations. The resort spent an hour trying to find her tickets! I don't want this to happen to me. I have searched DisBoards and Mom's Panel and can't find my answers. Mom's Panel stated that Disney recommends that the hard ticket be brought to the event even if they are linked on My Disney Experience to the MB. Anyone here able to help me out by answering my questions or guiding me in the right direction? Any help is greatly appreciated!

If you have already transferred your Disney Visa Rewards to the card, you can purchase the MNSSHP tickets online. But, if you have more than one Rewards Card, you will have to call to purchase the tickets using your multiple rewards cards as payment. The ticket site is set up to only accept one Reward/Gift account per purchase.

Request the hard, plastic party tickets and they will be mailed to you as soon as they are purchased. You can use the tickets to enter the party rather than use your MagicBand.
