Even with Deluxe Dining I feel like I'm missing out. I want to do two table services/day and save the last for a counter service so as it is I'm out of places to add.

Here's where we are going (Most likely)

Breakfast:
Kona Cafe, Cape May Cafe, Boma, Tusker House

Lunch:
Coral Reef
Tutto Italia, Ohana, Yachtsman, Citricos

And these are the places I would add if I was going for more days...

Lunch or Dinner:
Yak and Yeti, 50s Prime Time

Dinner:
California Grill, Whispering Canyon Cafe, Jiko

I was thinking that if we want to go to 50s Prime time for lunch (or Yak and Yeti for that matter) we could always walk in. Any ideas on what a wait time might be for two people, in August for lunch?

Why not make reservations just in case? You can always cancel if you don't fee like eating.

I second that idea - if you think you might want lunch, book it. It is a lot easier to cancel if you're not in the mood than to get seated as a walk-up if you are.
