so mad - snowglobe doesn't work - disneystore

I think I'm sworn off buying snowglobes from Disneystore online. I ordered 2 - they were $100 marked down to $50. DDs arrived and all the little parts were broken off - I had to drive 45 to the next disneystore (retail) that had one I could exchange. I looked at the one for DS and it was fine - I didn't think to wind it up. Christmas morning - you guess it - it will not wind (as in, has already been overwound by someone) ugh! There are no more of this style online and now the kid has no snowglobe and I really don't want to order another. Can I take it to the store and just return for a credit to my credit card?

Yes, yes you can. And you should ask for the manager to let them know your experience.

It's crazy the things that can wind up broken or damaged from ordering online. Sometimes it's just worth it to look at it in the store and make sure everything is ok before purchasing and taking it home.

Yes, you can get a refund at your local Disney store. Bring along your receipt or packing slip, because they need proof of purchase (or more accurately they need to know what you paid for it, because online has different sales than retail). If you don't have the packing slip any more, just go online, log in, and print out your order....it will have the price, date ordered, etc.
