So just how bad is it going to be?

Some of my extended family just decided to take an impromptu trip to US and IOA today and tomorrow. I haven't been to US or IOA in about 4 years, and even then only in the offseason , so I can't really recall how bad the lines get. The worst I remember is Spiderman's 60 minute long line. Are they going to be able to do anything? Oh yeah, they are not the kind of people to get there at rope drop either. I think they'll be getting to IOA around 2 or 3 today. My guess is they'll be at US tomorrow around noon. The best advice I could give is to take advantage of single rider lines. Does the Harry Potter ride have one?

Check out the crowd report thread at the top of this board for recent reports. There are single rider lines for Forbidden Journey and Dragon challenge in WWoHP.

FJ wait time was 90 minutes around 3pm today. I was told it is very hot and crowded. Hopefully, the crowd will thin out later today for them. I believe they are open until 11 tonight.

I think tomorrow is going to be worse than today. This week was supposed to be the most crowded and since there is a huge concert at the Studios tomorrow night, I think lots of people are going to be hanging out at both parks and then heading to the Studios for the concert tomorrow night. You won't catch me over there this weekend!

Prediction for Monday and Thursday of next week? Express pass is at $79.00 so it looks like a crowd level of 10 to me. Anyone else think so too?

We sat in traffic on I-4 today for almost an hour just getting into Orlando to see the Titanic Exhibit. The kids are use to non peak and are 90% positive that they want us to hold our Universal tickets for an off season trip. I feel badly as I really wanted them to do Harry Potter this year but they will probably be miserable in line so we'll just have to plan another trip. Twist my arm!

Yeah...it looks to be almost as crowded next week as this week. Staying onsite this time of year is pretty much essential.
