Hey! I read that Back to the Future would be closed on the 15th, does anyone know anything new about that?

aztecgoods said:Some peeps on here may disagree with me but in my opinion its by far not the best ride in the park, and in my opinion is one of the worst. Coming from Scotland I wouldn't want you to judge the park based on that ride. There are a ton of better rides there in my opinion. For starters. The Mummy, Men In Black, I even like Jaws better than BTTF. And IOA has Spider-Man, Jurassic Park, the Hulk, just to name a few, all of which I think are better, and by a wide margin. I wouldn't dis-courage you from riding it, just wouldn't want you to think that its even close to being one of the better rides.

Went on this about 10 years ago in California and absolutely loved it (no comparison to Star Tours). This time though the ride was so bumpy and jerky that I came off with my 9 year old daughter who is never affected by anything, nauseous and light headed. I don't know if it was just us, or maybe this is why they are closing it.

Back to the Future will OFFICIALLY close on March 30th.
Not only it be closed for our trip in late June, I assume the likelihood of a retrofit/new attraction (Simpsons
) up & running by then has a snowballs's chance.
