So I'm supposed to be in WDW right now :(

Well, I should be there right now. I assume you all know why my family isn't, instead we are going on Monday. I thought the three days before today were bad, Friday-Sunday are going to feel like an eternity.

Anyone else arriving on Monday because of the Hurricane/Tropical Storm 's ?

I have friends there now. I wonder what they will have going on for them. They were to fly back Saturday. Guess she may get the extra day she wanted after all. At least the rain will be over when you get there. Have a great time.

The most beautiful weather in Florida is always following a hurricane!!!! I have experienced it first hand, we went right after it one year and everyday was just gorgeous, not a drop of rain, sunny, beautiful!!!

We will be arriving on Monday, too! I hope that the weather will be much better by then. Lots of sunshine! But it is still August. I just can't wait. Just have to get through the weekend!

I should have stated that I'm very grateful to be going at all I don't want you all think I'm selfish, lol. I totally agree that I should be happy I'm going while some people can't afford/have the time to go.

Nah, we don't think your selfish. Know the anticipation will make you crazy. My DS left today for a long weekend at the beach in MD. I told him well would you rather sit in the rain here or at the beach with the neighbors. It just stinks when it rains "on our parade".

I have some family there now that is staying a couple of extra days to avoid air travel during this time. Luckily, PC was able to accomodate them. Don't worry. Monday will be here before you know it.
