So I wanted a July 4th reservation....

I decided this on Tuesday...

Well Tuesday and Wednesday I tried only for cancellations at BLT.

Thursday I opened up my choices and got SSR 1 bedroom in the morning. Around lunch I tried back and got BWV.

Yesterday I continued trying and was offered the following during various times of the day:
All 1 bedrooms-
SSR 2 times
OWK 3 times
BWV 2 times
AKL Conceirge 1 time...


Yes I did try back about once an hour or so, but I work from home, so I can, but while I didn't get BLT I still got something really awesome for 3 days out on July 4th, and it goes to show that if you can travel like that, don't give up hope!

CONGRATS !!! Which resort did you finally decide to book at ? hope you'll do a TR too, it's always fun to hear about WDW during July 4th holiday

We stuck with the bwv room, and are insanely happy about it because a WONDERFUL cast member gave us some pixie dust tonight and he got us (legitimately) on to the Poly beach so we same the MK fireworks tonight. Now we are going to DHS tomorrow night for those fireworks.
