I can't believe it has not yet been resolved and DCL is not doing anything...:confused3
 
Here's the annoucement you've all been waiting for.....

I've been checking the DCL website all day....and nothing.

So, I decide to call them instead. I spoke with Adrienne and she let me know that a check was received today that will pay off all 3 reservations, but it hasn't been applied yet. She said it should be applied in the next 24-48 hours.

I can relax a little, but I'm not sure I'll fully relax until I see it on the website and I'm able to book excursions.


After that, what am I gonna do with all the extra time I have. :rotfl2:

Congrats, Tom! We just paid off our cruise and we don't sail for 4 months! I am impressed with how well you appear to be taking this. I don't think I would have handled it as good. :scared1: I really hope you enjoy your cruise. You sure do deserve it!

I've been reading, but haven't posted yet. I am glad the payment appears to finally have been made.

And like another said, I admire your ability to keep your sense of humor through all of this!

I am hoping things go well from here on out. Once everything has posted, I would bring a big sign (saying, "Don't use this travel agency!") with me and camp out in front of their travel agency, and tell anyone who was thinking about walking in their door what has happened to you! I really just cannot believe they are still in business.
 
I have been on the edge of my seat holding my breath and checking this thread every few hours the last few days....I'm so glad things are looking up for you!
 
keep us up to date on the check clearing!! Once DCL marks you paid in full---relax and enjoy!!
 
I am very happy that DCL now has the money. I also hope that the check does not bounce. I am going to breath in hopes that it is now safe.

I will keep you in my prayers until we know you are set with your documents and desired shore excrusions.
