What was their reasoning for refusing to do that? And, did they give you a reason for not having the payment there in dcl's hands by the deadline?
I have to wonder if this won't get thrown out as OPs fault. The TA never charged a $750 payment, so technically the cruise was never paid in full... no matter who was at fault. They could now turn around and say THAT was what they were waiting for, and are not at fault for their payment being late. Just a thought...![]()
Their answer is always "it's their policy".
Even if that were the case (which it's not), what's the excuse for the other 2 cabins for which they received final payment on March 24th??

Is DCL saying anything about what your options are if this TA has not sent your money?
If the travel agent can't or won't produce the money, I would think DCL would have to cancel the reservation at some point, wouldn't they?
Is there any way DCL would allow you to pay the balance due by credit card now and then credit you when they receive the payment from the travel agency?
