So has anyone used Dreams Unlimited?

So what has your experience been with them?

We used them last December and were very happy with their service. Everything we asked for was available to us and there were no (unpleasant) surprises.

Thumbs Up for DU

I used DU for my October trip- which was my first trip to WDW as an adult and in 20 years.

They were excellent!!! I had Sue Ellen as my agent and she was very prompt in her replies to my e-mails- had answers to my questions and then suggestions to think about.

They took care of all PSs and had a 100% success rate with getting the locations and times I wanted.

I will be using them again for any future (I hope next December) Disney travels.

Susan was our DU agent for our November trip and she was excellent. I have always planned on my own with no problem, but we went with four family members and we had all kinds of additional requirments, different PS, tour, etc. Susan saved me the trouble of making calls to WDW dining, snagged us the Fairy Tale Package (saved us a lot of $$$) when the dates were extended, and offered so many helpful tips--even for WDW vets like us. All of our arrangements were flawless.

Even though members of our family arrived on different days, she managed to ensure that we had three rooms in a row at CBR in Martinique--a perfect location for us.

I will absolutely use DU again next year.

I'm using them for my honeymoon in January and they've been great. Kelsie has helped me immensely in setting up PS and tours. She even got me front row tickets to the Cirque du Soleil. And when the new rates came out she emailed to tell me that the Winter Dream Maker package I had was a better sayings than the new rate. She checked before I even asked! I definitely recommend them!!!

i'm using them for this trip. So far my amazing planner has saved me a lot of money and a lot of stress. I'm very happy with the services that they are providing for us. i would def. recommend them

We used Shirley at DU for our August trip and it was terrific. She made things really easy. I'm a real compulsive do-it-yourself planner type but it was okay. She always came through. We decided on a real last minute trip back mid-Nov for next week. Again Shirley made it all happen, even when I made some huge mistakes about my arrival date. She fixed it all for me. Now that we have become DVC'ers we won't be using her as much as I'ld like but I'm sure others out there will pick up the slack for me.

We made our reservations thru Dreams for our upcoming trip and so far we have been very pleased with the transaction and the communication. I really like the fact that they will make our PS and tour ressies for us. After reading another post on this thread, I think I will also call them to make our ressie for Cirque.

We used DU for our August trip, and Trisha was great. We stayed at 3 resorts, she got us AP rates at all 3, made our PS's, and the itinerary was great with many tips for WDW. I am "thinking" about squeezing in a trip in July and will use them again.

I used DU for our trip in May of 2001 and Cathy M was wonderful!

I will definitely be using them and Cathy again for our trip in 2006!

Cathy Miller is the best! I've recommended her to three of me friends and we used her as well. She got us a super rate at the Beach Club when ap rates weren't available. I emailed her about a special one day rate someone on the board had posted. Everyone was calling in and posting no-go. By the time we were done with dinner Cathy had the rate for us. I never would have gotten it on my own, plus I would have spent a lot more time making phone calls.

I have used DU on many occasions for WDW and for DCL. Nothing but top notch service! I would definitely recommend them.

I used Dream's Unlimited for our trip to WDW in August and I was very pleased with them. Carol Annette was our agent and was wonderful. She set up all of our Priority Seating arrangements, got Cirque tickets for us, and gave us many useful suggestions and ideas for our trip. I highly recommend Dream's Unlimited and will definitely use them again for future trips.

for my Nov. trip, and was a little disappointed with the service. I guess it was because I didn't NEED PS's and planning, as I had been to WDW too many times to count. When I went to check into CBR, the RC could NOT find my Ressies! I was in shock, and was really disappointed to learn for some oddball reason it was in My DH's name! I was the one making the payments, and don't even remember giving them my DH's name, but there it was. So, other than that, they were OK, but have really no need to use them again.
