I just had to say "Hi" from Southern California. And I had to say it actually rained on Wednesday, not a ton and I don't think it did in the parks (unless it was the hour we were in Aladdin)- but it did rain.
It was packed. We were in DCA and that was great, got there before open and made it on every ride we wanted to by late afternoon (no one would ride TOT with me so we skipped it this time). No lines. But then we jumped to Disneyland and it was horrible. Wall to wall people... it was about 7pm. We stayed for the fantastic fireworks, went on Star tours and got the heck out of dodge. It took forever to get to the car because we lost the parking structure lotto- 2J if you know the layout.
