So few BWV contracts on resale market?

Anyone have any idea where there aren't many BWV contracts on the resale market right now?

I've been watching for a few months. It seems like a lot of contracts were for sale in Nov and Dec where people were motivated to sell quickly to avoid Jan fees. those are gone and it seems that now we are in a lull. I would wait a few weeks to see if things pickup again.

It took me 6 months to find my BWV resale contract. Though it was because I was tied to my U/Y - April. Are you watching one company or several? I constanting watched 3 different ones and finally jumped on one from Fidelity when I found the right fit.

I'm watching all four of the major resale brokers and I've made contact with a couple to get on their "lists" so they'll call me before the contracts get posted. I'm not in any rush, so I can just wait for things to pick up.

That's great news! We bought our resale through Fidelity/Sharon and could not be happier. Everything went smoothly, she responded to emails and phone calls quickly and my points were in my account before I got the email (because I checked daily). This was my first resale out of my 7 contracts, and I was a little nervous , but it was great.

We were prepared to wait 3 months to see how it would go for us. We wanted an additional contract at BWV after purchasing BLT. I don't think we waited 2 weeks. I was shocked.

Sharon has been great to work with. I was a little leery of Fidelity because of some of the negative reviews on these boards. But so far, everything has gone smoothly (knock on wood!).
