We often go to TGI fridays for dinner and they have the artichoke spinach dip that I absolutley LOVE!!!!!!!!
Now they seel it normally with nachos and garlic bread.......OR
as a Low carb option with veggies.......Thing is I hate veggies......
So bored out of mymind last night, I looked TGI fridays spinach dip on yahoo and FOUND IT!
i just made it, it was cheap simple and fast most of all to die for!
So now I had the beggie dilemma........
BUT, I have LC tortillas...........
I heat them up till crisp they are exactly like tortillas........
and had my TGIF ridays dip!!
Anyway, I know I sound so excited its because........

Ill post the recipe in the eating healthy board as well..........
TGI FRIDAY'S HOT ARTICHOKE AND SPINACH DIP
1/2 C. sour cream
1/2 C. mayonnaise
1/2 C. parmesan cheese (grated)
1/2 C. mozzarella cheese (cubed)
1 to 2 tsp. minced garlic
1 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and
squeezed of its juices
1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, chopped
(can also use frozen) and (thawed)
Combine all ingredients. Place in shallow casserole dish. You can either bake the dip for about 15-20 minutes at 325ºF, but I have also found that you can just heat it in the microwave for a few minutes.
