Your posts will probably *magically* disappear because they won't like these posts when they see them.
Kinda stinks.
Your very first post. You signed up on DIS Board just to say that? So what's your other sn? Anyways... you guys keep posting... the thread keeps getting bumped up! And... here's another bump!goofy767 said:Did you guys know that the *owner* of these boards is Dreams Unlimited?

I apologize if my email upset you and it wasn't intended to. My mom planned a family vacation for us using the DU travel agency and had multiple problems. And like alot of the posters I agree that it usually depends on the agent you get to help you, but the company also needs to be responsible for its agents. But when my mom posted her opinion and outlined what happened, her posts kept disappearing. And when she emailed the webmaster to ask why nobody responded to her, she never got a reply. It's just my opinion...when a message board is owned and operated by a person who has a vested interest in it, it's easy for them to modify as they see fit.
Again I apologize if you felt offended by my comment.
So, if another Disney specialist travel agency, such as Dream Come True Vacations or Small World or Magical Memories wanted to sponsor one of the boards - they could?SueEllen said:Actually the boards are not owned by Dreams Unlimited, and they do not have a vested interest in them. Dreams Unlimited is a sponsor of the cruise line board, just like any other paid advertiser.
Dreams Unlimited and the DIS are two separate companies. Yes, the owner of the DIS is a partial owner of Dreams Unlimited, but the companies are not one in the same.
As a moderator on this board I can assure you that the posts are not sensored and removed if someone is not happy with Dreams Unlimited. The boards are here to offer advice and information to other posters, regardless of their experience with Dreams Unlimited Travel or another travel agency. Posts are removed only if they are against board posting guidelines.

5 business days!?!?! That could mean up to 7 calendar days....Wow....too slow and completely unacceptable, IMHO, for an internet based company.Blueberry said:When I first heard about the Magic Your Way Free Dining Plan for Septermber I contacted them..I got a form letter saying they are very busy right now, but here is an agent's name and they will get back to me in 5 business days..Now to get that rate you gotta move fast, so I booked it myself and will not be using their services..early bird gets the worm you know...
