Hi again, Eileen.

The Community Board??? Hmmmmmm.....well, if you think you are a

, you won't feel like one for long.

As said above, you can just talk about most anything.

Sort of like going to the neighborhood little restaurant and catching up on the neighborhood news and goings-on with the 'regulars' (like Cheers), but always welcoming new folks who stop by and ask what the heck is going on.

Also kind of like sitting out on your porch years ago, on a hot summer evening, and chatting with the neighbors who wander by. Lots of interesting 'stuff', newsy things, some boring and silly things, but generally always fun.

Try to keep in mind that, like a neighborhood, there are youngsters running around, and welcome, so the talk should be 'family friendly'. And, like any neighborhood in real life, you will see there are some folks (only a few) who sometimes try to 'stir-the-pot'

or spead a little gossip.

If you try not to get too involved with them, they tend to drift to the background.

Like family, sometimes there are disagreements,

usually nothing too serious, and usually all is well after a little steam venting.

Sometimes get on your soapbox

. You can ask for prayers (if you believe in them), {hugs}

and even pixie dust

(it is a DISney site afterall)

.

Bottom line, Eileen, we are like family here on the CB, we do enjoy each other, we have fun, we laugh a lot, cry once in awhile, support each other, just like real life. Sure do hope to see you here often.
