So... another epic question...

I am from southwestern PA, the birthplace of Heinz ketchup. Ketchup is the superior condiment. Mayo is gross on nearly everything except turkey sandwiches made with Thanksgiving leftovers.

Another vote for mustard, from the cheap yellow mustard to the fancy stuff...its the condiment of all condiments.

Both, depending on the food:

Ketchup: french fries, hot dogs (ketchup & mustard), meatloaf sandwich
Mayo: most sandwiches
Both: hamburgers

Ketchup... or Mayo? Catsup doesn't count, just because.

I haven't seen "catsup" in a while. Del Monte was the big offender.

Right now I have a large collection of "Red Gold" brand ketchup packets. It's the official supplier to Six Flags parks, and I don't even ask for them. However, since I just keep on getting them I just toss them in my bag and take them home.

I found that the same company makes this:

Is aioli considered mayonnaise?

I actually like to mix the two together, especially on cheesesteaks. Do I get my Official Philly Girl card revoked?

Mayo. I don't like ketchup (and I'm from PA too!) Actually, Heinz's new mayo is pretty tasty.

I DO like mustard a lot though.

The only thing ketchup is good for is french fries and fake blood. And when you are making fakey-fakey BBQ sauce.

I have hated ketchup since I was a kid. Most of my extended family is the same way. If I want something "ketchup-y" on a burger or hot dog, I will use barbecue sauce. Gochujang is also good if I'm more in the mood for spicy-sweet.

I do like mayo, but I lean more toward mustards.

The only thing I eat ketchup in is curry-wurst. (At first I made it all from fresh ingredients, but then found using ketchup as the base still tastes good and is so much easier)

Mayo is disgusting by itself (I'm okay with aiolis), and ketchup's only good for fresh, crisp French Fries.

I'm more of a Trader Joe's garlic sriracha BBQ sauce kind of guy.
