Hey Ya'll!!!! I am home!! Was gonna post a hello last night,but our plane coming to Orlando was delayed an hour and a half...then they had some mechanical log they had to check, so our 7:30 into Houston time was pushed back to after 9. By the time we got luggage, found the sub and drove home, it was almost 1 this morning..we were wasted!!!!!
I am gonna do a TR..maybe I can start tomorrow..me and Sheree had fun!! They are awesome!! Guess we had a super long, hard freeze while we were gone...lots of my plants that I JUST planted look terrible!! I am hoping if I cut off the black leaves and ones that look too far gone, they will be okay in spring. Looks terrible now!!!
We had a good time...of course it is NEVER long enough for me!Thought about ya'll while I was there....
BECCA!!!!! Congrats!!!! I am so happy for you!!! My best friend (who is stationed in Maryland) texted me while I was gone she's pregnant with #2!! She is due sometime in August also(#1 will be turning 2 on the 12th)...so they will be close. I am glad you get to have the baby here...especially the first one!!! It's nice to have mamma close by!

You know you've been married too long when . . . your husband gives you a vacuum cleaner for your birthday! The funny thing, though, is that I really WANTED a new vacuum cleaner, so there's no hard feelings about it. (Like I said, we've been married at LOOOOOOOOONG time!)

I am working (a little) and listening to the Candlelight Processional CD I picked up on my trip. It's just beautiful! I think I will have it on for Christmas Eve. I did buy more than one CD on this trip - so I can have Disney music on my iphone whenever I want!! More will be disclosed in my not-yet-named-or-started TR later! Dang work is keeping me too busy! Oh and there's getting ready for Christmas, unpacking, , uploading a gazillion pictures, etc. getting in my way too! I really am going to do one this time - it will be fun to relive the trip!

Hey birds, I need some support...
Long story short, I have had headaches/migraines since I was little, I recently switched primary care doc because my hubby works in the hospital and wanted us to go to this guy, fine, no big deal, I have no major health concerns. 1st visit, told this doc about my headaches-had one a few months ago in the middle of the night that Andy was getting ready to take me to the ER for-I've only had 2 or 3 of these doozies my whole life...SO, he asked if I wanted an MRI just to rule things out...Sure, lets do that just to be sure. Well, they called this morning and there is something of "questionable significance" and now they want me to have an MRV Friday morning. I'm freaking out a bit!!!!!!!

Oh Jenny! I will be praying for you that it's no big deal! I too have migraines intermittenly and have been to the ER also...getting knocked out is such a blessing sometimes...keep us posted!!! We are here for you! Just remember they all use differnt terminology and it is not worth getting worked up over until you have more information!

Welcome back to those who have returned from WDW. I can't wait to read more about your trips.

We've had a crazy weekend. I've been sick. Probably just a head cold or sinus infection. We did 99% of our Chirstmas shopping today and then hopefully will get the rest done tomorrow. The only problem is the one thing John wants from Santa, I can't find anyone that still carries it. Well unless I want to pay a ton of money buying it from a collector on ebay. He wants this specific Power Rangers Jungle Fury Megazord thingy that one leg is a peguin and the other some other animal. I have until Friday at noon to find get him to tell me something else he wants. The boys have early release on Friday, and will be out until after the New Year.

We got an invite to a wedding that we are going to try and make for Midland (hate west Texas, the smell makes me sick) for January 2nd. I wouldn't think about going normally, but it's my DH's youngest nephew and he wants to try and make it.

Oh and Joey had his first band concert and they were amazing. They had it in the new high school. The band directors thought it was a good idea to have 6, 7, & 8 grade bands all play the same night. All the parents even for the 7 & 8 grade arrived at the same time, and there were no seats. Then it got worse when they made parents move b/c they wanted the 7 & grade band to hear the 6th grade. The 6th grade kids did amazing!! They played 2 Christmas songs and then Bethoven's 9th.

Well, Snowbirds, at long last I have some exciting DISNEY news to report...
I booked our trip to Disneyland Paris!
We're going March 26-28. The boys have off school that Friday, the 26th. We'll drive down early that morning--I think it's 2.5-3 hrs from here--check in to get our tickets, then hit the main park! We're staying at the Davy Crockett Ranch, which is cabins sort of like Ft. Wilderness, with a really cool indoor pool with slides and stuff. It is the same place we stayed on our other trip there, back in 2001! The Studios park is new since we were last there, so it will be neat to see that also. They had a great promotion where kids under 12 are free, so we had to go before June when DS11 becomes DS12. PLUS they were offering Free Dining through the end of March, so that sealed the deal! So I got a new ticker--I had one that I started when we first found out we were moving to Belgium, and had set it for the end of May. Mickey had progressed pretty far so it's a bummer to start over, but on the other hand he'll move so much faster this time!
