Kim- Your plans look great! I'd love to stay at the Poly someday. If (when?) we stay there, I don't know if I'd be able to pull myself away from it. When we ate at 'Ohana in Sept, I just fell in love with that place.

Well friends, it is currently 77 degrees right now with gorgeous sunshine!! It got up to about 80 or so yesterday but it did rain for part of the morning. After that, it was just beautiful except it was kind of overcast all day. We are supposed to get some thunderstorms tonight, but I don't mind. I'll be at the dance studio all night so I wouldn't have been able to enjoy the weather anyways.

I have a doctor appointment in just about half an hour. I really look forward to them! It makes the time really feel like it's flying by. I'm sure I'll be down to weekly appointments after this. Crazy! Today is also my 9 year wedding anniversary. I can't believe how fast 9 years has flown by.

Hey guys - it's been a crazy week here! And what is with all this weather stuff!?!?!? I hope no one was affected by all those tornadoes. So sad! It's been cold and rainy here until tonight - we are finally seeing the sun (right before it sets of course!). Shawna - I wish I could have shared our rain with you! My grass is really green, but I'm a bit depressed with all this grey weather. I need sunshine!!!

Kim - love the plans!! Just take lots of swimming/AC breaks! I especially like that you will be spending my birthday (8/26) at Epcot - my fave! And that little tidbit about coming through Minneapolis to see us!!!

snky - Woo hoo!!! That sounds awesome that your DH could join you at AKL!! I love it there!

Meghan - counting down the days!! I hope you can find some comfort while you wait for your boy to arrive! Maybe some nice spring weather would help! I know I could use some.

DH and I went to the Twins game this afternoon - originally last week the forecast was to be in the 60s and sunny. In actuality - it was 40 and cold and cloudy. It was raining right up to game time. Only in Minnesota would one need to wear LONG UNDERWEAR to a ball game on April 28!!!! It was ridiculous! And to top it all off, the Twins lost BADLY!!

Did you hear??? We passed ROFR on our new little DVC contract!!! I own Animal Kingdom Lodge now!!! (well, once I pay them for it!). I doubt it will get used for a while, but that's okay!

Just got an email about the free dining deal for late Aug - Sept. Wish I could use it!

I have to go to bed so I can watch the big Royal Wedding in the a.m. (Don't worry I set the DVR too!)

I'm with Kim. I have no idea when I'll be going back, so I tend to avoid the DIS. Logan and I have been discussing traveling elsewhere in the US when we get back from South Korea. I know....*GASP*
I think it will likely depend on where he gets stationed next.

As far as Korea goes, Gideon and I should be going over there within the next few weeks. Logan is moving into our new apartment on Monday. I'm very excited.

In other news, I printed off an info sheet for the Disney College Program and put it on my little sister's pillow. She's graduating from high school in a few weeks. She probably wouldn't be able to do it until fall 2012, but I thought I should get the idea into her head. Oh...and that would conveniently be when we get back from Korea. I would probably HAVE to go to Disney then, so I could go visit my baby sister.

Gideon and I are good. He just keeps getting bigger, though his growth has slowed some. He still only sits though. He has no interest in crawling whatsoever, which I'm ok with, because my Mom's house is totally not baby proof. It will be much easier to baby proof out apartment in Korea, because A) it's all one level, and B) we don't have that much stuff.

Happy May!! Finally have buds on the trees in our yard!! Had today off, so I was able to get a lot of cleaning/organizing done. I also updated my resume/cover letter. I hate job hunting, but I've decided it needs to be done. I'm basically at a dead end with my job and absolutely dread going into work every day.

Oh Kim!! Does it never end?!! Pastor pointed out a lady in church yesterday and asked everyone to pray for her as she moves...to Montreal,Canada! So, of course, I thought of you! LOL...not sure why, if it's job or family related,but they are sad to see her go....but, I bet she will enjoy your weather a heck of a lot better than ours!! LOL!!
Well, we are finally getting some much needed rain! With a small cool front-down to the 50s at night for a few nights..and rain into tomorrow...
Tomorrow is my hubbys bday--gonna be 45 !!!! I can't believe it!! We were going to go out of town for the weekend, but dd has ballet recital practice and they are asking them not to miss that will be the next 2 weekends, plus the teacher extended their class time by 30 minutes...these girls better know the dance by then!! Hopefully I will get to book the resort part of our vacation today or tomorrow!!! I just want to secure the room...will go back and add tix later. Hope you are all having a good Monday!

Spring is finally in the air here in south central, PA. My azaleas are blooming, as in my dogwood! I love this time of year. We've had a very wet April, so I'm looking for some dryer days in May.

Our days are ticking away for our upcoming trip. 47 days, I think. Hoping to get som Mickey Mail really soon.

Well, the itsy bit of snow that we got this morning was gone almost right away and the rest of the week is supposed to be really nice between 14-16 C (~59F) so that will be nice!

Today was our NAtional Election Day - hoping for some positive change for our Country! I used my vote and hope that it will make a difference!

I would really appreciate your prayers and good wishes right now! So much going on its not even funny!

I am going up to Northern Alberta next week to help out my SIL (Ken's sister) while her husband works a long stretch of nights. They have 4 boys under the age of 6 and she is completely overwhelmed right now!

Less than 36 hours after I return home from that trip I am heading down to Minneapolis to attend a Beth Moore Conference with a bunch of Ladies from my church. It is going to be a GREAT weekend!

While I am gone though my hubby will be on solo Dad patrol! Not a bad thing (He is a VERY capable and reliable father!) but He recently realized that He is struggling with a mild to medium form of depression. He is meeting with a Dr. tomorrow for a first consult to see what is going on! He has been struggling with this for a while but is only realizing now that it is a problem. Not sure where all this is taking us but I am not too worried - I trust that God has everything under control!

Anywho, that is what is up with us lately and pretty much the reason why I have been so absent from the DIS lately! Just haven't felt like posting much!

Thanks for the pixie dust, thoughts prayers and good wishes from all my Snowbuddies! I may not have a chance to come back to collect them but I thank you for the Love!

Stopping by and catching up. Life has been a bit overwhelming lately here too. I feel like we have good days and bad days since Jason's dad passed away. Today is going to be a bad one. I can feel it sneaking up. He's on my mind more for some reason. Andrew talks about him and misses him. He wishes he could call him and tell him everyday things like he used to. Breaks my heart. I worry about Jason. He's been keeping busy. We built a parking pad along the side of our driveway this weekend. I feel like he's drowning himself in projects lately but as my mom said, it's better than drowning himself in less healthy options.

No prospects for a fall trip yet. These ridiculous gas prices aren't helping any. I paid $3.95 last night and that was at the third gas station I tried. The first 2 were at $3.89 and were out of gas! It's worrisome especially with all the political fallout that we might see following the whole Bin Laden situation.

On the bright side, we might be trading in our camper for a larger model Cross your fingers for us everything goes through and they give us the price we need it to be at for it to happen. We should hear something by Friday or Monday.

Northern Kim- Praying for you and your family all around! I love your August plans...lots of AC breaks, napping and swimming...now that's vacation!

Snykyom- I'm so happy DH will be heading to Bermuda for DD's graduation! Seriously? How could you NOT go to Bermuda when given the chance?? Sending some ixie: that he will join you for Disney!

Meghan- How are you feeling? Hope the last weeks are good to you and you're not too uncomfortable. Happy 9yr anniversary! We're celebrating 10 this July and I have no idea where the time went either!

Red- Praying for a job that's exactly what you're looking for to come your way.

Kim (Canada)...How sweet of you to go help your SIL with those babies! You will have fun and she will appreciate it so much! Even if all she gets done is a nap!! LOL~~ As for Ken,..not sure how you few natural supplemental type treatment...you should check into a magnesium supplement-most North Americans are defecient and don't realize it-it usually wont show up in blood work because only a trace amount is used in the blood anyway. But I started taking a good brand in Jan to control headaches and the results have been wonderful. The body uses magnesium for soooo many things and I have to say I am very thankful for the friend that mentioned it in relation to headaches/migraines. But, it's good for almost all functions and the brain/nerve centers rely on it too..so it may be something you want to look into. If you are interested there are several good companies I can link you to. Can we put it on here? dont want to get in trouble!! LOL...Not all supplements are created equal, so make sure you use a reputable company!

Today is My hubbys 45th bday!!! I can't believe he's 45!!!! I,of course, think he doesn't look it, and hope I can look as 20 ish at 45 as he does! LOL
totally o/t...ya'll know I have been growing out all my hair--bangs included. never grew the bangs out in my life!!! Well,..they are to my chin and I am sick of it...so, Friday I cut it!! WEll,had it cut... got back the bangs and cut the rest about 2 inches...it's back into a long bob....it almost touches my shoulders and is a little swing-y. I def cant do long hair ever again. It wears me out, and just doesnt look good...it's not thick by any means, but it also won't hold a style--and once our friend, Mr. Humidity comes here forget it!! So,.. I am glad I tried to grow it out once more to prove to my hubby how yucky it gets! But, glad it's over!
Probably taking my oldest to get his drivers permit today!

We had flurries yesterday too! I was really excited to see the blue skies and sunshine (sing it like in Princess and the Frog!) today! It will hit 60 today!! Woo hoo!

Ah, spring... I hear it's coming to MN any day now...Actually I have some daffodils blooming - if they didn't freeze to death last night!
I'm so jealous (as I always am when people go to WDW!) I hope the next 47 days fly by, and then the following week goes REALLY SLOW!

WOW! You are getting close! A friend just had a baby boy yesterday two weeks early - a little over 5 lbs. 18 in. Named him Easton.
Congratulations on 9 years!! Next week we celebrate 14. My, how time flies! I keep reminding myself that we have a 10 year old, so I have to realize that we've been marrried longer than that!!

Gas - holy cow!! I'm hardly going anywhere I don't have to go! It's hovering around 3.95 here. But I have to use mid or premium grade in my car, so it's over $4.

Too bad you couldn't convince Tony. You're right - it doesn't hurt to ask!

We have no plans to leave home this summer. We'd been discussing a couple of road trips - some even near by, but with the price of gas - no way. Plus the DVC points set our budget back. It was kind of bad timing, but with the resale market, if you see a contract you want, you have to take it then. So we have no discretionary funds left for the summer! We'll just save up our money for Europe.

Thanks!! I'm excited, because it's a beautiful resort. The funny thing is, at first I didn't really like it. We had just wandered in to check it out one trip and I didn't think it was my taste. But now, having stayed there two times, I find it very relaxing and cool and just love so much about it!

I guess my responses in a quote don't count as a message to reply with, so I'm going to continue on down here, outside the quote!

Sheree~ I will tell him!! LOL...yeah,..we consider it a cool front, we already have hit 90 a couple of times!!!! It's crazy!! Today is beautiful,...60ish, wind and NO humidity!! With lots of sunshine and clear skies!!!! We don't get many good days like this!
