Thanks Can you believe that the trip is here already? 12 hours from now I will be waking up to go to Disney

I am going to try my hardest to check back in tonight...but I am taking Grandma grocery shopping and then we have last minute errands/packing to do. I am really hoping to be in bed by 8:00 tonight so I can try and get a good night's rest

I just wanted to say one last good bye I will be thinking of you all while I am at the World and will take lots of pictures

I have been reading other threads that have Florida natives and it doesn't sound TOO bad, just some rain, not hurricane`ish.

Mickey Mouse old tv version and new mickey mouse playhouse tunes.....

And I must be sure to mention to you that my DD's LOVED pin trading. They scanned every CM everywhere, and traded right and left.
DD9 got all the little girl princesses
and DD12 focused on pirate dressed character pins.

Friday August 15th I had planned on going to bed early so I would be ready for Disney the next day...but I was too excited to sleep so instead I watch The Breakfast Club. I eventually fell asleep around 10:30ish and before I knew it is was 2:30am.

I literally jumped out of bed...I was so excited to be going to Disney. I quickly got dressed and double checked my suitcase.

Dad wanted to be the one to place the last sticker on the countdown calendar


Before we left I wanted to get a "we're going to Disney World Picture"

*remember this...it will come in to play later...

At 3:30am we were in the car and on our way to the Airport

We dropped our car off at Budget and took the shuttle to the airport

Once we checked our bags we went through security without a problem and before we knew it we were at gate 16 waiting for our plane to arrive.

To pass the time dad walked on the moving sidewalk and sang "I'm going to see Mickey" over and over again...Sadly I do not have a picture of this.

Around 6:00am we began boarding the plane...Mom had A seating while Dad and I had B so it was her job to find good seats...when I got on the plane I saw that she was able to get the 4th row...

Before we knew it our plane was taking off and we were on our way to Orlando...
