Snow on the way (again)

Will it ever be summer?? Will the snow ever stop???? We have yet another winter storm warning for our area starting tonight, for 6-10 inches of snow. Calgon...take me away!!!

I am worried about this storm. I am due to leave on my girfriends 40th birthday cruise Saturday. Now, knowing the weather in this lovely part of the US, and since all of us are from the North, ( MN, WI, and IL) we are flying down a day early. I am still nervous I am going to be delayed and screw up my plans.... Hopefully I will get to fly out of OHare SOMETIME tomorrow. Wondering about my friends who are flying out of Minneapolis and Milwaukee. Please make the weather men be wrong this time as they have so many times before...let the wind blow the storm SOUTH as it did many times last yr.....LOL Sorry Southern Illinois.... It has started snowing here and the streets are getting slick......Melissa

if i hear one more person living in the south tell me how beautiful snow is i'm going to..........well you get the picture!
i was talking to a friend last night in florida and i didn't hear her kids screaming in the background like mine were. oh, they're outside playing because it's 76 degrees there. they were so cold last week because it was in the 60s (poor baby)

We are supposed to get 2-4 tonight and 1-4 tomorrow. DD will like it, but the plow truck has to where else to push it!

They are saying snow and ice for us tomorrow night...and I am supposed to fly out of Logan Saturday morning, and the storm is not expected to be out of here yet!

I want to move to Florida, but none of my sisters will go, and I can't leave all those gorgeous babies!!!

The headlines in the local paper have a daily count every day. We are breaking records for the amount of continuous days of snow this winter. So far we are up to 34 or 35 days of continuous snowfall. They are predicting today as a chance of no snow! Hope the weatherguy is right!

I have been trying to convince my family for years to move to FL!! They won't budge, so I am stuck here in MI. We are due for more of that *dreaded white stuff* over the next couple of days. Enough already!

I'm west and south a bit from the Chicago Suburbs and they have now cancelled the Winter Storm Warning we had in effect for tonight and tomorrow and have lessened the chances of snow. But saying it might be a freezing rain/ice/snow mixture. I'm a bit bummed - I really wanted to have a possible snow day tomorrow (like they ever close our office down for that).
