Snow day ruining my surprise Please help

Next time during the day, you could turn to them and say, "I'm tired of this snow, let's go to Disneyland." Then you pick up the phone, call the agent (quietly tell them to play along), and make "apparently" travel plans on the whim. Bet your older kids would would say something like, "no way!"

Yeah! Glad it worked out!!
I am trying to "surprise" my kids as well. I am hoping to get all the way to Disneyland THEN tell them! (Hoping to video tape....but I will be driving and no other adults). I have crafted a "lie".....oh how I hate doing that.....and hope it works!
PS...we live 6 hours away.
