Does anyone know if you bring your own equipment, will DCL let you use one of their life vests? Or do I have to rent one?

You can bring your own equipment. Life vests are required and provided for free.

Yes the life vests are free. Best tip for snorkeling at CC is to go early in the day before the sand gets kicked up!
