I don't think that's greedy; I understand how you feel about that. But even if she doesn't get a chance to finish it, at least you have pictures and memories of her, like Rachel said.

yah i agree..but she makes all her quilts and it makes her day when she finishes one and she isn't camera shy..but i have very few pictures of her. A great memory when i was about 9, we would go in her backyard and eat pickles and olives..we would picnic and every year..even today we see the same yellow butterfly. Don't ask but every time we see it, we laugh.

I'm sorry to hear your Gma is sick. I'm praying that she gets better and has more time to be with you & your family.

If she is unable to finish the quilt for some reason maybe you can learn to sew someday and finish it. Then it will be extra special, because you AND your grandma made it.

I'll also pray that God gives you strength, to handle whatever comes.

I hope you know how lucky you are to have such a wonderful Gma. And she sure is lucky to have you!!

I just got baq from the hospital to visit her. She was eating and she had to get another x-ray. Her bak is like spazzing or something! she sounds soo much better and she might even get to go home tommorow !!
