Sure you can.
Starting in Mexico-
La Cantina de San Angel
You could share Guacamole con Totopos Corn tortilla chips accompanied by our homemade guacamole: $7.25 with an adult beverage on the seating overlooking the lake. Or if you want something sweeter you could have Churros con Conjeta Churros with milk caramel: $3.95
Then onto Norway where you have a large selection of tasty snacks at Kringla. I like the Rice Cream myself. Others rave about the School Bread or Sweet Pretzels.
Next stop China. The Joy of Tea Stand has ice or hot tea or pork and veggy eggrols.
Quick stop off at The African Outpost for an ice cream sundae, waffle cone, or slushy.
In Germany for something sweet you can't beat Karamel Kuche. But if want something salty, try a giant pretzel at Sommerfest or the Bier Stand.
In Italy there's a Gelatto stand.
America-Fife and Drum Ravern. Cream Cheese Pretzel or American Dream. Or a funnel cake at the kiosk.
Japap-a Kaki Gori (shaved ice) or some edamame or miso soup.
Morocco-
Coffee and pastries.
France-you can't go wrong with anything at the Boulangerie or Crepes at the Crepe stand.
United Kingdom-
Share an order of fish 'n chips or just get a side of chips, or an English Bay Sugar Cookie.
And finally in Canada while you won't necessarily get something Canadian you can get something from Promenade Refreshments which is located right next Canada or you could get something to snack on from the store in Canada (Trading Post and Northwest Mercantile) for some maple candy.
Of course if you add in some adult beverages you'll have more to choose from.
