Snack credits for flower festival

Can anyone tell me if the food at the flower festival (potato pancakes in Germany) are snack credits or quick service.

Yep, has the DDP sign next to it in the photo easywdw posted. He did a walk around and took pics of most of the menus. They are only snack credits, I believe.

You can use snack credits for any of the food items and non-alcoholic beverages at the F&G food kiosks. Eligible items, such as the potato pancake, have the DDP logo next to them.
