Just wondering if anyone has been to POR lately and used snack credits??? I noticed it is the only one beside Poly that has nothing under snack credits. We are staying there and would like to pick some stuff up before we leave. I know they have Mickey Rice Krispie bars and every where else is letting you use them as a snack credit, so will POR as well??? Thanks everyone inadvance....

I haven't been there in a while but, I love to go and get their beignets, and pecan pie. I was allowed to get them both for a snack credit in September so I too would love to know if that is still possible as well.

We were just there a week ago. You can get anything from the bakery as a snack. This included brownies, cookies, carrot cake, chocolate cake, cinnimon rolls, danishes, etc. We were also able to use snack credits for juice, milk, apple sauce (better to pay out-of-pocket and save snack credit for something more expensive.) There is an icecream counter, too. But I'm not sure exactly what you can get for a snack credit. You should have no trouble spending your snack credits at POR. ;)

If you can remember, what's the largest amount of milk you can get using a snack credit there? Thanks!

Thanks very much. I thought you could buy stuff from the bakery area but wanted to make sure someone else has before I head out.

We were there at the end of january, and you can also get the mickey rice-krispy treats, and I also got a cup of soup for a snack credit. They had this thing that looked sort of like an apple danish that they called apple pie, and it was really good.

It wasn't too hard to find something, but I did get tired of having the choice of carrot cake, plain cheesecake, or chocolate cake for dessert...I guess I was wishing for creme brulee or more pastry options. They also had 2 breadsticks with Marinara sauce as a snack option.

I don't remember about the milk sizes. I would bet that you could get the pint (16 oz) for a snack credit.

Also, FYI, the beignets are at POFQ, not POR. I was wishing they were at ours! We did get off the bus there to see what it was like, and the set-up was very similar.

My favorite CS meal was the "create your own pasta", and it was served with a breadstick. The "create your own salad" looked pretty good also.
