SNA Uber pickup

You'd think I'd remember this by now, but can someone remind me if the Uber/Lyft pickup at SNA is on the upper or lower level? The first time we ever flew into that airport I led everyone in our group to the wrong level and we had to lug our suitcases back to the correct one. I think arrivals (and the Uber pickup area with the numbered pillars) is the top level, but now I don't trust my memory!

Lower level, just outside baggage claim. Both Uber and Lyft have riders select the nearest numbered pillar (the numbers are huge)
