I have a room booked at WL for next month and its a standard view room. I hadn't given thought to the smoking issue, assuming that even with a nonsmoking room, we could smoke outside on the balcony. However, I've been reading previous posts about how people in surrounding balconies find that offensive. So, trying to be considerate of other guests, I decided to call to change to a smoking room, only to find that you have to pay the extra price to get an upgraded room if you want a smoking room. They have no smoking rooms in the standard view price category. Can I ask how this is fair? So now I either have to pay more to smoke on my balcony or be inconsiderate and have the smoke drift to other nonsmoking rooms. I have to say I'm a little upset about this. I love everything Disney and defend it to everyone around me, but now I'm starting to see some injustice. Is it just me, or does anyone else find this a bit unfair?
