Smoking at OKW

I have two smokers in the group and was wondering what the smoking policy is in the non smoking rooms. Can they smoke on the balcony or is there a smoking location outside of the building? If I had my way they would not smoke at all!

I think, but I'm not positive, that along the paths that connect your room to the parking area are some benches that may be near a waste container tat has an ash tray on the top. At least I think I've seen that at OKW. In any event, please make sure they smoke OUTSIDE the room.
