I want to have a garage sale, but I also want to attend the garage sale going on next door at the other neighborhood. Any ideas of what I could do?

Could your DH tend to yours for a few minutes

Or maybe your neighbor will let you browse early

I've got a barn wood entertainment center that dh made w/ a friend (its been cured by animals etc) and the barn wood is considered antique. Then, I've got a rocking chair that was my mums that I've never used that I'd like to sell as well. Those are my two big ticket items (as they say on clean house) that I'd have to offer. The thing is, the neighborhood garage sale going on next door is HUGE every year and I can get some really great things. So, in a way, I feel like I'm in a pickle.
