you can loose weight by food/portion control, but what really burns the fat is.... exercising. Walking is good. :goodvibes I hate to exercise too, but I know that's what makes me shed the fat. :guilty: I've been slacking doing any thing since I quit working. :sad1: I'm sooo baaad :sad::rotfl2:
