Hey ya'll, I'm looking for low budget birthday party ideas for my soon to be nine year old girl. This is her first sleep over/birthday party. Besides having the girls do their nails, I need some party inspiration. She's beyond wanting a pinata and goody bags. DD's has chosen an animal theme for her party. Thanks !
