Hi,

There are several Disney applications for your smart phone\tablet. I have been playing with MyDisneyExperience on the iPad but I am not impressed. The WDW lines seemed to be okay although it requires a subscription.

We hope to use the apps for either to prepare (the days before) for we walk into the park but also to see the waiting lines when we are in the park.

So do you use apps and if so, which ones do you recommend?

Thanks.....

We've reviewed a bunch of Disney Parks apps for our blog. As far as the in-park apps go, the official Disney ones seem to provide the most accurate wait times (at least for WDW, the Disneyland app just gives you a low/moderate/high time range). If you're a Touring Plans subscriber their Lines app is also very popular for both wait time monitoring and planning your park time. I find that we used the apps more while not at the parks to plan for our park time vs. actually using the apps while on the go in the parks.

Thanks. I took a subscription for the Lines apps. It is really bare looking but it does the job. I can see us using it to plan it but to see what the wait times are while we are at the park.
