Sorry if this had been brought up before but I cannot get the search function to work.

Has anyone tried the Smart for Life Diet? I am really considering it. If you have is it very expensive and did it work for you?

Mrs. Grumpy~

Hello! I just started Smart 4 Life today. I did all the inital blood work about a week ago. The ititial visit is $149. Then the cookies are $56 a week. And each month you have a $49 membership fees. You get monthly vitamins included in the monthly membership fee. This is my first day it is pretty rough. The cookies does get rid of the hunger however the taste is not that good. The texture is just awful. I can tell you right now I'm looking forward to my 1 lean and green meal. The doctor was so nice that I saw and since I'm only trying to lose 30 pounds he said I should be done by June with the weight loss portion. Then you go through a maintenance portion so you don't gain the weight back. I really like the fact that everyone really cares about your health and is really encouraging.

Hope this answers your questions.

Also I see that you are in Kansas...I am too and I went to the Overland Park location. Debbie is really helpful! If you do decide let me know so we can compare notes. :)
