I really don't think you need an invite. I didn't have one when I signed up yesterday.

Click the yellow "Go there now" button on the homepage. Make your character. It seemed to strange to me to make the character before I gave them my email address and set up the account but that's how it worked. After you make the character go back the homepage. I don't remember exactly how it happened but the homepage was different and it should be more apparent how to enter the game at that point. Then, you will be asked to agree to the TOS and give up some personal info to finish creating the account.

I tried that yesterday and made a avatar and then it went to finish and kept timing out (several times) so I assumed it was because i was not registered or something. I was at work so maybe that was my first mistake lol. (Shh dont tell ok)

Maybe we could get a group together, much like we did for the Pirate part of the Silver ear quest and go from house to house tonight. It won't take nearly as long as playing piartaes did! any interest??

No, I did that too. Click "save" and the little grapic will spin and the save button comes back (or something like that, I'm working from memory here). It did it's job, don't click save again. Once the little saving graphic stops spinning go to the homepage.

When I made that mistake yesterday I ended up logging in as "Krazy Pete the 2nd" because I had made two characters.

Sweet and I arent at that part yet but Im sure we will need help then to when the time comes. We'll watch for someone to post dance a thon details tonite when i get home from work.

And on that note... I will admit that although I have added virtually all of you to my list, whether you like it or not (hopefully that's okay with everyone)... I do find it a bit creepy. I agree with CT... it would be nice to have a friend request. As much as I love to having my character open to everyone here, I don't want it open to everyone in game.

Hopefully the majority of this post made sense... I ended up with pretty brutal sunburn from Hersheypark yesterday and I am a little loopy and out of it.

If you do find that you are being "stalked" by someone you can click on them and add them to your "block list." This will make it so that you can't see what they are saying and it should prevent them from seeing your location in the game.

You can even do this to your friends from the friends panel, if you want to hide out temporarily. If you get caught, you may have some explaining to do. But since they are blocked and can't talk to you anyway, you can put that off while you think of a good excuse.

Ok see if I got this right my main character keeps all the credits so my secondary character can do the missions but not buy anything? Confused?

One thing I would like to mention to them is about the friend's list. I don't like that others can add me as a friend and follow me around and they are not on my list. While I don't worry about any DISers stalking, who knows about the possibility of other strange people playing the game? This would be a somewhat safety issue for me.
I do like how we can search for a name and add it to our list without them being online. But, it should be a friends request instead of just a simple add.
That's my opinion anyway.

Has anyone else noticed that the closer you are to the radio, the louder it plays? If you walk far enough away that you can slide it out of view it's really noticeable. Nice little detail.
