We have cocktail sized tables (half the height though) in our bar area and want to pretty them up a little but have no ideas!!!

We had these on the tables at our dessert party. They were really inexpensive and cute.

Here's what we used on our high tables in our pre-reception (My friend was using the weird color setting but there were purple (pink) rose petals floating in water in the cylinder with a floating candle on top)

When we were planning a DFTW (moved now to the Swan), I loved the colored, glowing gel! I thought it was fun and definitely within budget.

Here were ours. Our reception was at Atlantic Dance Hall. They used three candles but I am sure you could use one or two.
