Do you exercise/workout?
If yes…..Approximately how many hours a week?

For Me…..approximately 4 hours a week
I workout 3 days a week for approx 1 1/2 hours at a time.
I’m heading to the basement to workout as soon as I’m finished with this poll 🙂👍🏻

Hmmm. I'm "active," but I don't have any sort of workout routine. According to my Apple Watch, I get a couple of hours worth of exercise minutes over the course of the week, but none if it is in a gym or during a planned 'workout."

I used to - about an hour every day - then I used to walk - about hour or hour and half - again every day - but I have spinal injury - two failed surgeries and I have pain and issues both of which make exercise and walking not an easy task
I did physical therapy this past fall and that went ok - I think the 3 shots of cortisone were what really helped that along as I’m not very keen on a 3rd surgery to fuse my whole spine - I said no repeatedly - I won’t bother telling the rest - it’s not pretty - I’m praying the specialist is wrong (they are sometimes aren’t they ??)
My goal is to try and do the physical therapy which only helps one issue - but that helps so I will take the win where I can get it!! 😎
As an FYI - all from bad car accident 35 years ago - I’m lucky to be alive but left with life long pain / all thanks to someone doing something VERY stupid and I got caught up in it
So I would exercise more if I could - it’s very good for you - I hate it but I try and do it as I know I need to - I am not one for giving up - I’m a glass half full person 👍

My exercise is walking an hour everyday. Sometimes outside , if too cold on the treadmill.

Lost 60 pounds this way , sadly I put on 10 over Christmas from eating to many cookies and not getting back on track.

I really do not exercise. I was joining DH on the afternoon dog walk but have had a cold yes just a cold for a month so am hoping to get back soon once the coughing has just about stopped.

It's usually about 45 mins per day 7 days a week. That amounts to just over 5 hours worth.

However, there's wiggle room in the workout to do more or less depending on how I feel, the time I have, the present routine I've opted for, etc.

Missing a day here and there happens and I give myself that allowance to do that so maybe I've worked out 13 to 14 days in a row but something is going on and there's not time to work out (like Christmas) I don't beat myself up. I've lost time recovering from vaccines and then TMI but if I'm cramping bad enough no workout tends to occur then but overall it's everyday. The 2 times I've been out of town I've also worked out but done a modified due to being on vacation and having lack of my squat machine but it's at least something being done even while away.

It's almost coming up on a year of me working out. I do feel like when I got my squat machine in September things were able to amp up some. I use that to do squats, obliques, abs, and arms presently but have added in pelvic floor stability before and cardio.

I switch things up to keep it going and my interest up but that can fluctuate my overall workout time per day.

I don't workout but I walk two miles almost every day. Prior to the pandemic I used to swim twice a week too, but the gym was closed for over a year and just haven't gone back.

I’m in a relationship with my Peloton. #obsession. Easily 1-2 hours a day. I take all kind of classes on it…cycling obviously…yoga, stretching, strength training.

I also get 10k-20k steps in a day with work around the house, yards, shopping etc. I can’t sit down for very long, I get antsy.

I power walk for about 45 minutes a day almost every day.
Only exceptions are if the weather is TOO bad or I have a lot of other exercise type things to do such as rake leaves etc.

I do about 4 dedicated workouts per week, anywhere from 30-60 minutes. I also make sure I get 7000 steps daily, regardless. If I workout too intensely, I get migraines, so I have to make an effort to keep it moderate.

Formal workouts (either classes or with a personal trainer) normally 3 or 4 days a week, each workout at least an hour. Some weeks, I’ll workout 5 or 6 days.

Not enough. I've been very bad since late fall/early winter. I found myself not going to the gym so I quit. My dr. told me to at least take a good walk every day if I can. I was doing it but once the cold weather started I just stopped and did not go for walks anymore. I actually have my physical on Tuesday and am feeling bad about how I've been. Nothing to do now but change my habits.

Use to be 8 hours per week at the gym, except I got really ran down, it triggered vertigo, and ended up gaining and losing the same 3 lbs for months. Once I stopped going to the gym, I loss 10 lbs and feel so much better.

Use to ride a bicycle daily, long rides with a group on the weekends and week long touring in the summer.

Passed out from the heat a few years ago. Now I can't handle any kind of physical activity any more. My body starts to heat up and will continue until it shuts down massively overheating. Work is violently hot and humid so now it's all I can do to crawl into my home and get into a cold shower after work every day in the summer to cool down.

I really miss riding the bike. Buddy at work would ride the trail that's about a mile from work. We would ride the trail and hit all the country roads getting 25-30 miles in a couple times a week and I'd get 10-12 in for an hour on the other days.

Last time I rode the bike was in 2019 when I only had 2 rides under my belt and we rode around Lake Ontario. I tried, dang near passing out several times from the heat. That was the last time I was on the bike.

Went to the doctors. Only thing they could tell me is my high blood pressure, high cholesterol, etc. Gave me a list of pills but I solve all of that with the bicycle if I could solve the heat issue. I can't sit at work in 110-115° for 8-10 hours, then go ride the bicycle in 95° heat outside any more.
