I did try and have my left ear triple pierced, but it didn't work out and I let #3 close up.

I am a girl and each ear is triple pierced. I haven't worn earrings in years so all the holes have closed over. I used to be able to repierce them but it hurt too much the last time I tried. I am considering piercing the cartilage at the top of both ears.

I'm a girl. Got first ear piercing at age 13 for my birthday! Second ear piercing... somewhere in my 30's. First one done in doctors office and 2nd one in my kitchen by a girlfriend. Ah..memories! Only wear one set of earrings to work though, the 2nd set interferes with holding the phone so I only wear those when I go out.

Girl and triple pierce left ear, single pierce right - First ones were done at 13 and then 2nd one at 14 and last one at 15. All done at a jewellers with a needle not a gun.

The extra 2 (left ear) close over but I can/could still use them if I wanted.

Yes, I have pierced ears. I'm a girl, and just have one in each ear.

I've had them since I was about 12, and I think I just got them done at a jewelry place.

I don't wear earrings every day now, but I do sometimes.

Girl, not pierced. I had it done as a tween and had such a horrible time with them that I let them grow shut before long and to this day I do not want to help anyone with their earrings. I might be physically ill. Therefore, my teen daughters are not pierced because I said they had to be old enough to handle it by themselves. They so far have no desire to get their ears pierced. We're practically the only females I know under 60/older than 10 that don't have pierced ears.

I have almost no ear lobe (got that from my dad) so my ears are not too conducive to decoration anyway.

I'm a girl, and after the first time getting my ears pierced I let the holes close up. I had them redone years late and now have second piercings as well. I've considered getting another one, but work doesn't allow it. I guess I will have to survive.

Male. At one time I had 4 piercings in the left ear, 3 in the right. Double lobe piercings in each ear, the other higher up in cartilage. All except one hole in left lobe have closed up.

First piercing was when I was 18, and it was performed by a female friend on a bus travelling to New York City in front of some horrified passengers. I felt really cool going to a punk club with a dried-blood encrusted safety pin in my ear.

Also have a piercing below the belt......
