I've been wearing contacts for over twenty years now. I tried to wear glasses once, instead of contacts, but I just can't stand how they feel on my face. I love the freedom that contacts give me.
The only time I wear glasses now is in the morning when I first get up, until I feel awake enough to put my contacts in.

I wear my contacts during the day, and my glasses almost only in the morning to get from my bedroom to the bathroom and in the evening to get from the bathroom to my bedroom.
Also, on days that my eyes hurt (because I spent too much time in smokey places and not enough time contact-less), I also wear my glasses.
And sometimes, I just wear my glasses because I like to show off my designer glasses once in a while. :)

This reminds me of a Stephen Wright joke:
I was walking down the street the other day when the prescription on my glasses ran out - I couldn't see a thing. :rotfl:

I have both regular glasses for driving at night and prescription oakley sunglasses :cool1: for driving during the day. That's the only time I need them though.

I wear contacts most of the day and normally wear my glasses for about an hour or so before I go to bed.

I wear glasses all the time. For the first 20 years of my life, I had 20/20 vision. But a year after getting into the computer biz, I needed glasses. I can see so-so with out them, but everything is a bit blurry. I would like to try contacts, mainly because I would love to go to the store and buy a good looking pair of sunglasses. But I'm afraid I wouldn't be able to get the contacts out, so I just stick with glasses. But really, I think I look good in glasses. So I don't mind.

I wear mostly glasses though I sometimes wear contacts however my eyes seem to want to rejects them, I tried them for 2 months without my glasses and the eye and noise streaming never got any better.

I wore contact lenses for over 20 years because I hated glasses so much. But after the birth of my 2nd child my eyes were really dry and wearing contacts was painful. I switched to glasses (which are much lighter these days even for heavier prescriptions), and have worn them since.

I started wearing glasses when I was 7.
I switched to contacts morning to night when I was 16.
I still wear my contacts from early morning to evening, and wear glasses only for about 1/2 an hour per day (now 40). :smooth:

I wear glasses all the time. Used to wear contacts years ago though.

I need my bifocals to make sure that the little "R" on the case of contacts is turned toward the doorway, and that bottle of saline is ready to rinse the contacts 'cause once the glasses come off everything's a blur again! And I'm always worried I'm going to drop or damage a lens; mine have to be specially made 'cause of my prescription and they generally take 3 or 4 weeks to get.
I've got reading glasses to wear over the contacts if I do any prolonged reading. But.. I prefer the contacts for outside wear; especially in winter, no fogging up when come into warm house from the cold, inside it doesn't matter as much what I wear.
without 'em my world just looks like a pile of slightly melted m & m's!

Glasses. I tried contacts but my allergies just make my eyes so dry I can't wear them.
