I do!!
My whole name is Sandra, but everyone calls me Sandy (which I like so much more)
I've been using "slo" for so long, not only here, but other places that some people call me that for short, just for fun (mostly at work)

My real name is Kathleen about 15 people call me Kathy & I hate it. My mother gives everyone a nickname or calls them the wrong name. I dropped Kathy at 20 I was managing a furniture Store & we had 3 Kathys . I went back to Kathleen which my mothers side of the family called me anyway. Anyone I've met since 20 calls me Kathleen.

My name is Elaine, but I have been called everything from E, Laine, Lainey, Lainers, El and Ellie. Oh even EJ (Jeanette is my middle name)

I like all of them very equally except for E and Laine. Those two are ones that I really do not care for at all. Lainey, El and Ellie are the most commonly used with Lainey being number #1 friends and El or Ellie with family. I truthfully like all three of those quite a lot!

I grew up being called "Beth", but at 14 I decided that "Elizabeth" sounds much more mature. I've been Elizabeth ever since, except by my family. They still call me Beth. DH and his family and all my friends call me Elizabeth.

I used to have a couple of nicknames. They were Blinky and Cricket. Nobody calls me those anymore (probably b/c I haven't seen the people who generously bestowed those names on me in years). I had a fish several years ago that I named Blinky and it died within a couple of weeks. When I got my cat, I figured I'd better go with Cricket since Blinky seemed dangerous.

Terrence have been called Terry or even T for most of my life.

DW is Dorothy but has gone by Minnie for most of hers

DD is Tara we choose a name that she wouldn't need a nickname or shorten it. We do call her StinkerBelle or tarabelle to get on her nerves sometimes.

DW side of the family had all kinds on crazy names like Linky ,Tinky ,Gerty ,Tucky ,Dew , none of them had anything to do with their real names at all.

My sister is Susan and everyone in the family calls her Susie. She tolerates it from us but no one else.

My name is Amy and my family has always called me Ame. It does annoy me when my ex calls me by that now, though. It kind of ruined it for me.

DD's name is Caitlin and the family calls her Cait or Caitie but her friends never do and always giggle when they hear me call her that.

I have several and it all depends on who I'm around as to what I am being called.

Most shorten Jennifer to Jen. Which drives my mother crazy.
Baseball/softball teammates or associated w/the teams call me HooHoo or JD.
When DH and I started dating, his group of friends had 3 Tony's, so they always refered to each other by last names, so when were are around them, they call me either Hoov or Hoover (maiden name).
DH and the kids will call me boo-boo or Moose. But they all know that if I ever hear them calling me Moose outside of the house, that they may not make it back home.

DON'T CALL ME RUTH THOUGH. Whenever anyone tries to call me Ruth I spaz out, lol.

My nicknames are Pottpi (it's how I said french fry when I was little), ladybug (I'm scared of ladybugs), and my boyfriend calls me puddin' lips. (I had vanilla pudding on my lips one day). Ooh, and my friend Ashley calls me Yo, Yodie, and YodieYoshis. I'm not sure how we came up with those names though. =]

I posted "other" because I don't really have a nickname that people use all the time, but I have had them in the past.

My little brother could not say Denae, so he called me "Nae" for a long time. Sometimes he still does. Another little boy said "Diney" so I hear that every once in a while. My dad called my Putsa Lutsa when I was a baby.

When I was a little boy my father called me "peanut." That hardly fits these days, or any day over the past 50-55 years. I still have a few people call me Georgie (another one I think I've long outgrown). I'm most comfortable with George.

DBF calls me Pidds (uhhh....not sure why) or LinLin or Lin.
My friends call me either Mel or Mellie.
My sister calls me Min.
My brother calls me Plink or Stink, depending upon his mood (don't ask ).

Yes, people (mostly family and a few friends) call me Sher. I like it.
In school some friends would call me Sher-Sher and when I was a baby my uncle sometimes called me SherSherBaby.
