I really love cheesecake but it's not something I eat very often, and whether I choose it when eating out depends entirely on what else is on the menu as I have a very sweet tooth and it'd have to battle with other things. And I'd never choose a plain cheesecake, has to have some sort of flavour whether fruit, chocolate etc.

Quite like to bake a cheesecake at home too although again not something I do often. Seen a nice recipe for tiramisu cheesecake that I fancy trying out!

Personally, I like cheesecake, but it's not my first choice for dessert. That said, I make great cheesecakes, and I like to make them.

I love cheesecake. I checked all the boxes except Savory. I can't even imagine that. I probably would give a slight edge to plain but I like fruity and chocolaty ones too.

Cheesecake is one of my favorite desserts. I like plain or chocolate/sweet. No fruit for me. And I don't think I've ever seen a savory cheesecake...depending on what what in it I would definitely try it.

I like cheesecake but rarely order it when I’m out. I’m often disappointed by restaurant cheesecake.

I have to have NY style cheesecake which is a dense, heavy, sweet - but not overly sweet cheesecake. Even here in NYC some restaurants make some weird concoction. So, I have to ask the waitress if she knows if it's NY style. They usually do know the style we want and most will warn if it's different, "No, this is a light fluffy cheesecake." Or "It's a creamy, not dense, and not very sweet at all cheesecake. It's Italian style [or whatever,]" etc.

No thank you. I'll just go to the grocery store and pick up a prepackaged slice of Junior's cheesecake as I know that's the flavor I want.


As for the survey, I like my NY style cheesecake plain or with a strawberry topping. NOT a strawberry swirl or any other flavor mixed into the cheesecake.

It's one of the few foods I will not eat. Can't stand it. Yes, I've tried many different ones including Juniors and Linda's & they all taste like spoiled milk to me. I also don't like sour cream.

Love it, don't have it often. I've never made cheesecake, what I eat usually comes from Cheesecake Factory. I think the turtle cheesecake there is A+

No to chocolate cheesecake. Yes to pumpkin cheesecake. Pumpkin is the only thing I don’t mind mixed into the cheesecake. I love a plain cheesecake with fruit topping. Pineapple, blueberry, strawberry… all yummmm!

I like chocolate cheesecake or raspberry swirl. Plain is okay, but putting a sauce on it makes it better.
