Which do you use?
Electric razor, Razor with razor blades or Both?
(multiple choice)

For Me…I use both - depends on time.
Electric razors are nice and quick.

Began 55 years ago with Remington and changed to Norelco. A blade has never touched my face due to extreme acne when young and results of treatment.

Razor w/blades... and what bums me out is "back in the day" they used to make one that had a short wide handle that I liked. I cannot remember what brand they were. I literally haven't seen them since the 90's. I saw something somewhat similar within the last few years, but they were not any good.

Both, but not with the junk expensive cartridge razors. Soap, brush, and bowl with a dual edge safety razor or just the electric. I don't shave regularly, if too long I can't use the electric.

Both. Usually Gillette Tropical 3 blade disposables. Those give me the smoothest, most nick free shave. But sometimes in the winter I'll use my electric razor. Basically when I don't feel like really shaving, but I don't want little prickly hairs poking through my stockings either. 😀

Razor with blades - electric never really worked very well for me. I use Dollar Shave Club now. :)

Blades only; the Intuition razor with the soap built in - that product has been life-changing but it is expensive to use every day. I’ve tried going back to a regular ladies razor with shaving gel for economy but never for long. I’m hooked on the ease and efficiency of the Intuition. I even use it to “touch-up” DH’s face once in a while. He uses an electric for convenience but the older he gets, the less well it works as his face isn’t as tight as it used to be. There are little sags and crevices the electric misses.

Razor with blades only. In my teens, I tried using an electric razor, but it never got close enough for me. Gillette Venus is my preferred brand. I tried the Bic Soleils, but I get cuts every time I use them.

I put other, I use an epilady. Not a razor, sucker is tiny tweezers that pulls the hair out by the root.

With my beard growth, I have to use a razor. I'd had to shave twice a day with an electric. I have had Remington, Panasonic and Norelco electrics, they just don't shave close enough. Unlike @John VN, the electrics played havoc with my acne when I was a teen.
My son has the same issue, and it was a problem when he was in High School. He was in a Catholic High School that had a rule that boys had to be clean shaven, and if you weren't, they sent you to the office, charged you a dollar and gave you a disposable razor and travel can of shave cream and sent you to the bathroom to shave. Problem was the teacher in his 1 pm class kept sending him to the office to shave. Well, when you have heavy beard growth, and shave at 6 am, you are going to have 5 o'clock shadow by 1 pm. The Vice Principal got tired of seeing him in the office, and understood what all the shaving was doing to his acne, so he told my son to stop by the office every morning when he arrived and he would check if he was clean shaven. He then sent an email to that teacher saying "John Doe stopped by my office this morning and was clean shaven". Did that for a week. That teacher never gave him a problem again.

Both. I use a disposable razor on my legs and pits, and a little electric one for the nice mustache that keeps wanting to grow on my lip. I am female, and the idea of a 'stache is not really what I prefer.

Razor with blades exclusively.

Men’s Mach 3 is what I use. Once I tried a ladies razor and I didn’t like the wide oddly shaped handle. And I never started with ladies razors because back in the day they charged more for the same thing in pink! Not sure if that is still the case. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I once got a tag for admitting this before, but after years of hair removal now I only need tweezers.

I tried several electrics when I first started shaving as a young teen many moons ago, but they irritated my skin (I guess I was tender then). So for most of my life I used regular razor. Always whatever the latest was from Gillette. The newest always were better than the previous model, expensive but good.

Prior to getting my knee replaced back in 2014, I knew I would not be standing in the bathroom in front of the mirror at the nursing home rehab or back home for a period of time. So about a month before my operation, I purchased the newest Phillips Norelco at the time and tried it for a few weeks. I've been using it ever since, 7 years now (I guess I'm not tender anymore).
