Happy -1 degree morning from NW Indiana
The Chicagoland area is having a cold snap. It honestly hasn’t been to bad - we’ve had worse. I don’t mind a real cold day as long as it’s nice and sunny. Cold weather never bothers my DD21, because she spends the winter in her Comfy when she’s at home (she’s in her Comfy 5 minutes after she takes off her coat - LOL!). For those that don’t know, The Comfy is….



My DD21 loves hers so much and has since Santa gave her a heavy/super warm one Christmas 2018 and then The Easter Bunny gave her a lighter/less thick one for Easter 2019 - she’s uses both of them at different times of the year. They are one of her favorite things. How about you? Give us your comfy answer today…..

For Me……I do not have one, and as much as my DD21 loves hers, I have no desire to have one - I prefer a regular every day type robe. I like the idea of it, it’s just not for me.

I have no Comfy but I have enough winter clothes and throw blankets to make me feel comfy especially when sitting on the couch reading a book when it's below 0.

I’ve never heard of it until this the one drawback to it for me is the one size fits all since I am a small petite person it would be huge I might as well just wear a blanket and that would be a drawback for me otherwise it sounds nice

I had a similar one years ago. It is never cold enough here for me to use one. I don't even use my robe.

I think there is one hanging in the front closet. DD received it for Christmas one year but has never really used it.

We never had the Comfy but we did have a somewhat similar cheap knockoff wearable blanket. It didn't have a hood. It was a blanket with a zipper and snaps that turned it into a robe.

I don't have one and don't really want one. I live in Georgia so there isn't a long time of cold weather. I just have a throw/blanket that stays on the couch that I cover up with if needed and sometimes I'll slip a sweater on.

My daughters both got one for Christmas, and my 17 year old practically lives in hers .They're super soft and warm! I don't have one, but we've had a particularly rough winter so far that makes me tempted to get one!

Never heard of it. I would have loved this as a teen! It’s too long and shapeless for me as an adult. I wear a Sherpa sweatshirt if it’s cold. I have this one by Loft in 3 colors. Easy to take on/off and I can do dishes and other tasks. We have a heated blanket on the couch for snuggling.

I don't own one, but have considered ones like it. We see them all the time at softball. I just never knew there was a specific branded one, so the name "Comfy" threw me off at first.

Funny story...I had considered something like one a while back and DH decided to add it into my Christmas gifts. He knows me and knows that I don't like having what everyone else has, so he went in search of something with more of a pattern. He just never looked closely at any of these things to really know what he should be buying, so he got me a plaid bathrobe from LL Bean, thinking it was the same kind of thing. I appreciated the gesture, but I had him return it because it wasn't nearly as heavy/warm and there's no way I'm wearing a bathrobe to a game. It reminded me too much of Cousin Eddie outside in his bathrobe in Christmas Vacation.

Yes I have one still in the box. Was an awesome Amazon Lightning Sale. I don't get cold. BUT should there ever be such a big storm we lose gas/power then I have one tucked in the closet.

I have one and like it, but I don’t wear it inside. I wear it when we’re camping and it’s cold outside - it’s great for that! Also wear it at grandkids sports when it’s cold.

My daughter and I both got them for Xmas a few years ago. We each have a red/black buffalo check pattern. They are really nice when It's hovering in the teens or below ( I live in SE WI). I have it around my shoulders right now which is a crazy coincidence. It's really nice for going in the back yard letting the dog out and attending to **** pick-up. We've wore them at my grandson's hockey games too.

Didn't recognize the name at first, but I vaguely remember the concept. Don't need one, there are plenty of blankets & throws here. And cats, don't forget the cats

Have never heard of The Comfy! I live in areas that have sun most of the year, so that may be why. Our weather app has predicted Sunday at a high of 79.

Looks like something very cozy for the couch and a chilly movie night!
