I don't have one, but wouldn't mind having one if I found one for a great deal. We have 2 very shedding cats, so we vacuum a lot. We have a cordless Dyson Stick Vac that I use for the in-between vacuuming.

Until they make one that can navigate stairs (3 flights of carpeted stairs in our current place) it’s a total “why bother” for me.
OMG!!! That would be AMAZING!!!

We have one. My DS named it after himself so that whenever someone says that the vacuum needs to be run, he can say, "OK, Ivan will do it."

We also have a push vacuum for deeper cleanings. That's unnamed.

I have a cheaper Roomba. It is not one that learns the room, I just tell it to vacuum and it zooms around (a review called it a lazy teenager and that is how it goes zig-zagging all over). It picks up hair and dust fine. I empty the little dust compartment each time I run it. It's fine for general use, not super in-depth, there are places it can't get to because of furniture but that's Ok. i don't even run it every week, mostly just when grandson is coming over. Got it on Amazon Prime day a year ago?

As a cat/dog owner I would love to have one. The shedding! But I also have a kid who can't pick stuff up. Sigh. Maybe one day.

My mother bought my wife and I one when we bought our house last year. We didn't think it would be that great but it has helped immensely. It forces us to pick up things on the floor and takes care of most of the dog hair and crumbs that would otherwise sit on the floor a long time, we did not vacuum nearly enough before we got it. Ours is set up to run 4 times per week just to keep up with the dog hair.

I don’t have one, but have wondered how well it would work here with all the “obstacles” around.

My mom bought us one about 15 years ago. She was desperate to find something as a Christmas gift for our CAT and she thought the Roomba would entertain the cat!
It's in a closet somewhere, we used it a few times. The cat, she was unimpressed.
My daughter has one and the technology in them now is frightening. It sends updates to her cell phone and she got a message that it was stuck "on a cliff". She didn't recall having any cliffs in her house!

That’s my favorite message! Better than the “empty the bin”

We have one, works ok. You do have to empty the bin after each use, and you need to be careful about phone charger cords left on the floor. Ours had the option of naming it. We wanted something related to Disney, so we named it "Flora" :earboy2:

Don't have one. We have wall-to-wall carpeting in all of our rooms and we use a regular vacuum, especially in the corners.

We are on our 2nd and 3rd. I love them. Gets under the couch that I otherwise would have to move. It is not a substitute for a regular vacuum, but definitely has its place in my cleaning arsenal.

My ocd mom was a skeptic, always had a neat and clean house (her parents were Irish, cleaned all of the time, Saturday’s were wall washing days). I brought roomba over to her 5 bedroom house, roomba got under all of the beds and furniture, turns out shwe was living in a fools paradise.

I have two and LOVE them. My most hated chore is floors! We have hardwoods and one den on the first floor with carpet. I leave one upstairs and one downstairs and every day I set and forget. Since I was never the type to vacuum every day sinice I loathe it 😂, this works perfect for us. My floors have never been so clean.
