I walk about two hours a day, but I don't usually get my heart rate up that high in the process. In the Before Times, I did a wider variety of exercise at the gym for 30-60 minutes a day. So less time spent but probably more work.
 
About 3-4 hours. Trying to work up to 6. Going slowly because every time I up my activity dramatically, the habit doesn’t last long.
 
I workout between 30-40 minutes a day, every day starting at 5am. If I don't do it early, I don't do it, lol. I mix between HIIT, weights, and yoga/recovery/flexibility.
 

I chose 1-2 because I'm not as active as I should be. I do Yoga stretches a few times a week depending on how I feel. I walk, but not consistently. I need to get into better shape, at least improve on my walking. When the pandemic happened, I was in the house mostly and put on the "Pandemic 20." I've always been plus-sized and never had a problem walking or exercising, but this extra 20 is killing me. For the first time in my life I feel my weight.
 
I'm at the gym everyday. Most days an hour but days I lift weights and take a class for cardio and endurance can be 2 hours. At first was Dr.s orders to lose wight and get my blood sugar under control. now I made it part of my daily routine and get cranky when I can't go..lol..
